DescriptionBreaking the Cycle (BTC) is a relationship-based service delivering a range of integrated services through a single access model with home visitation and outreach components. 
 
Offers a one-stop service for substance-using women who are pregnant and/or parenting young children (under 6yrs). Services offered include: 
* Individual and group addiction treatment 
* Parenting programs 
* Child care 
* Child developmental services (including screening, assessment and intervention) 
* Health/medical services 
* FASD Diagnostic Clinic 
* Mental health counselling 
* Case management 
* Parent-infant counselling 
* Home visitation 
* Pregnancy outreach, and 
* Support around instrumental needs (including food, clothing and transportation)
