Breaking the Cycle (BTC) is a relationship-based service delivering a range of integrated services through a single access model with home visitation and outreach components. Offers a one-stop service for substance-using women who are pregnant and/or parenting young children (under 6yrs). Provides free and confidential services to young women experiencing low self esteem/body image, unplanned pregnancies, post abortion stress, and unhealthy relationships. We offer: * Mentoring * Free pregnancy tests and unplanned pregnancy support * After Abortion Care * Sex education and self esteem school presentations * Groups for teen moms under the age of 21. * Care closet: baby clothes up to 1 year and baby supplies (Care Closet: must be age 21 or under to access on-going support.
