Description/Eligibility/Service Details

Description Independent Living: Supports for older adults, and adults with disabilities * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral to other community services 
 
Employment Services: Offers a full range of employment services to help people with disabilities to develop employment plans, prepare for work, overcome any employment barriers and return to or enter the workforce 
 
The Employment Specialists use the most current methods to help with job exploration and placement
