| Description | 161-bed long-term care home divided into six different neighborhoods, each has its own private dining room and community room* residential care for 97 private rooms and 64 basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals * skilled nursing available for residents with complex care needs and/or advanced stages of Alzheimer's or dementia care bedding and furniture laundry and housekeeping meals personal hygiene supplies medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies) assistance with medication and activities of daily living recreation and social programs Additional services and facilities (fees may apply): foot care eye care dental care hair dressing- beauty and barber services hearing aid assessment physiotherapy restorative care and occupational therapy behavioural management pharmacy services medication administration and supervision skilled nursing for Alzheimer's and dementia care pain and symptom management skin and wound care palliative care enhanced physical care (dependent on resident needs) assistance with daily routine including activities like dressing, hygiene and bathing escort to activities and meals weight and blood pressure tracking companionship |
