| Description | 160-bed long-term care home * residential care for 96 semi-private rooms and 64 basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * family physicians with admitting privileges to Credit Valley Hospital and Trillium Health Centre * pet therapy and music programs * bedding and furniture * laundry and housekeeping * meals * personal hygiene supplies * medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies) * rehabilitation and restorative care * assistance with medication and activities of daily living * recreation and social programs Optional services (additional fees apply) * transportation to appointments/clinics including escort service to doctors' appointments * excursions to local attractions * dental services * foot care * vision care, optometrist and audiologist services * medications, treatments, and pharmacy services * companion services * hair salon and barber services * massage * newspaper delivery * telephone, cable and internet connections * equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, toilet aids, and other self-help items |
