Community Support Services: 
Congregate dining (encourages seniors to gather together for a hot nutritious affordable meal at lunch in an environment that promotes socialization amongst older adults) 
Meals on Wheels (volunteers deliver nourishing meals to people unable to cook or shop for themselves) 
SMART Exercise Program (Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together) * one-on-one in home exercise program that aims to restore frail, elderly, high risk seniors who have had a recent decline in functional abilities 
Supportive Housing Program (provides homemaking, personal support and/or attendant services to elderly individuals who live in supportive housing locations and who require services on a 24-hour basis) 
Volunteer Visiting - trained volunteers provide companionship and personal assistance to isolated seniors or adults with chronic illnesses or physical or cognitive disabilities * volunteers are matched with clients following a client needs and interest assessment
