| Description | Therapeutic recreation program for stroke survivors * program includes pool session (water exercise) * lunch break * exercise session * choice of individual activities (cards, painting/drawing, arts and crafts, board games, bowling, Wii, Bocce, table tennis and other activities) * outings or special events * Tai Chi * speech therapy (conversation and articulation) * guest speakers * participants are responsible for their own transportation Other therapeutic classes include: Chair-Ercise Aqua Cycle Circuit Station Better Backs H2O Hip and Knee Water Classes Instructed Therapeutic Time Oh My Aching Body Shoulder, Posture & Core Warm Water Fibromyalgia Yoga Therapeutic H2O Yoga Therapeutic land classes Each program is offered at a different location * please check the facility address for the exact program location |
