Description Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for adults with Alzheimer's disease or other irreversible dementia in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care * transportation is not included in program fee 
Services provided: 
activation and social activities on a group and/or individual basis 
supervision and care in a safe environment 
assistance with daily living tasks as required 
nutritious lunch and snacks
Hours Administration: Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm 
Service: Mon-Fri 7am-7pm
Areas Served Mississauga - S of Hwy 403 ; Mississauga and area
Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up 
Adults 18 years and older: Must have valid Ontario Health Card * not be served by another agency funded under the Long Term Care Act * able to bear own weight
