| Description | Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for adults with Alzheimer's disease or other irreversible dementia in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care * transportation is not included in program fee Services provided: activation and social activities on a group and/or individual basis supervision and care in a safe environment assistance with daily living tasks as required nutritious lunch and snacks |
