| Description | EMPLOYMENT ONTARIO EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PROGRAM • 1:1 Career and Employment Counselling • Career Exploration, Resume, Mock Interviews, job application support, job matching and placements • Networking Opportunities with Employers and Hiring Events • Employment related financial supports available (if eligible) for transportation, employment related equipment and short-term training. • Better Jobs Ontario Program (BJO) • 12 months of ongoing retention supports CANADIAN-ONTARIO JOB GRANT (COJG) The Canada-Ontario Job Grant provides direct financial support to individual employers who wish to purchase employee training. It is available to small, medium, and large businesses that plan to deliver short-term training to existing employees |
