Description Advocacy and individual assistance in accessing services and community resources for individuals experiencing mental health concerns who are in conflict with the law. Aids the Orangeville Courthouse with access Mental Health Diversion support 
 
Program provides: 
 
• support for easier navigation through the justice system by connecting individuals with community service providers to address their mental health concerns  
• helps clients transition back into their home communities after being released on bail from custody 
• mental health support, education and advocacy for individuals and their families and connect people to the broader community through volunteering, social or recreational activities
Hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Areas Served Dufferin County
Eligibility 18 years and over who are experiencing mental health concerns who are also charged with criminal offense and are Dufferin Residents
Application Referrals are taken from any person at the Dufferin Court House
Fees None
Languages English ; Translation and interpretation is available for most languages. When you call please let us know if interpretation services are needed
