Description 22 adults who are developmentally challenged live in their own apartments with the assistance and support of staff 
 
The Community Support workers assist individuals to: 
 
maintain or develop their activities of daily living 
banking, budgeting, cooking 
apartment maintenance 
other activities of daily living 
 
 
The Community Support Workers provide: 
support to access resources of employment 
access to day programs 
connection to community based social and recreational activities 
 
 
Mary Centre maintains 8 apartments at Our Lady of Victory in Toronto, 5 at St Mary's in Brampton and 3 at St Peter's in Woodbridge 
 
All referrals for residential programs must be made through DSO (Developmental Services Ontario)

Eligibility Adults with a Developmental Disability aged 18+
