Description A variety of mental health services for adults on an outpatient basis 
 
Psychotherapy is provided using a “stepped care” model, which places the patient at the level of care relevant to their needs. Service is primarily delivered via group therapy. A limited number of individual sessions are provided to prepare patients for the group experience
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm

Eligibility For children, adolescents and adults facing mental health and addictions challenges
Application Referring psychiatrists or family physicians should complete a Centralized Intake and Triage Referral Form and fax it to: BCH 905-494-6715
