Description & Services

Description A variety of mental health services for adults on an outpatient basis Psychotherapy is provided using a “stepped care” model, which places the patient at the level of care relevant to their needs. Service is primarily delivered via group therapy 
 
A limited number of individual sessions are provided to prepare patients for the group experience 
 
Access to adult outpatient services is streamlined through Centralized Intake and Triage (CIT)
Hours Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
Areas Served Greater Toronto Area
Application Referrals may be made by psychiatrists or family physicians. Psychiatrist or family physicians should complete a Centralized Intake and Triage (CIT) referral form and fax it in
