Description Developed in collaboration with Home and Community Care Support Services Central West`s Narcotic Strategy * designed to address the needs of South Asian clients with opioids addiction 
Program offers 
•outreach into the community 
•assessment and referral to appropriate services 
•one to one supportive interventions 
•group programs 
•works closely with family members 
•provides home visits 
•works with many partners/agencies who specialize in opioids addiction 
Monday to Friday - Case Management 
Saturday - Sahara Opioids Prevention Support Group Meeting 
This is a 16 week program
Hours Office: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm 
Sahara Opioids Prevention Support Group: Sat 2pm-4pm, Malton Office
