Description Community hospice providing emotional and social supports to individuals and families faced with a life-limiting diagnosis, from the point of diagnosis through bereavement  
Bereavement Program Include: 
•one-on-one support from a social worker or a spiritual care coordinator 
•grief support 
•monthly mailing to grieving family members  
•lending library of literature and resources for adults and children
Hours Orangeville Office: Mon-Fri 8:30am- 4:30pm 
Shelburne Office, Mel Lloyd Health Centre: Mon, Tue - by appointment
