•provides an emergency identification bracelet, necklace or ID with information about an individual's primary medical/health condition or special needs, with a unique identification number 
• 24-hour emergency hotline immediately available to healthcare professionals and first responders in an emergency situation  
•24-hour convenient online access to individual MedicAlert medical record 
•provides wallet cards with additional information
