•Shelburne location at: Dufferin Oaks Long-Term Care Home
Hours Orangeville: Fourth Thu of the month 10am-12noon 
Shelburne: Fourth Tue of the month 1:30pm-3pm
Dates Caregiver Pathway - Shelburne: Meets at Dufferin Oaks, 151 Centre St, Shelburne, 4th Tue of the month, 1:30pm-3pm 
Caregiver Pathway - Orangeville: Meets at 25 Centennial Rd, Unit 1, Orangeville, 4th Thu of the month, 10am-12noon
