Program and Services for seniors: 
•Congregate dining -The Program operates from three locations:  
Chris Gibson Recreation Centre at 125 McLaughlin Road * Fortinos 36 Brisdale Drive * Nance Harwood Place at 529 Main Street  
•Exercise and fitness  
•Friendly Visiting/Accompaniment/Safety Checks  
•Health, Nutrition and Well-Being workshops  
• Community Events and Social Activities
Hours Office: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Program: Mon 12noon-4pm * Tue, Wed 9:30am-2pm * Thu 9am-4pm
