Description Multi-service organization providing culturally-appropriate programs, services and other supports primarily to the Caribbean and Black communities in the Region of Peel 
 
Program activities for older adults: 
 
•Congregate dining 
•Health and wellness program at Chapelview, 16 John St, Mondays, a collaborative with Punjabi Community Health Services 
•Yoga on Mondays at Nance Harwood Place, 529 Main St 
•Zumba - Wednesdays from 10 am at 36 Queen St E 
•Exercise and fitness classes 
•Arts and crafts 
•Friendly visiting (accompaniment) 
•Safety checks 
•Health, nutrition and well-being workshops 
•Community events and social activities 
 
•Chris Gibson Recreation Centre, 125 McLaughlin Rd, Thu: 12noon-3pm 
•Fortinos, 36 Brisdale Dr, every other Wed, 12noon-3pm
Hours Administration: 9am-4:30pm
