Description Diabetes education and care to children, families and adults who are at risk or have type 1 diabetes, pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes, or pre-gestational diabetes 
insulin pump starts and management

On the lower level of HHCC – down the same hallway as the cafeteria
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30am-12:30pm * 1:30pm-4:30pm
Areas Served Dufferin County ; Grey County ; Peel Region ; Simcoe County ; Wellington County
Application appointment available on a self-referral with the exception of specialty clinics * endocrinology and pediatrics require a physician referral
Fees Most services are covered by OHIP
