Description | By law, children who attend primary or secondary school in Ontario must be immunized against these diseases: •Measles •Mumps •Rubella •Diphtheria •Tetanus •Polio •Pertussis (whooping cough) •Meningococcal disease •Varicella (chicken pox) for students born on or after January 1, 2010 Every time your child gets immunized you need to report it to the Region of Peel - Public Health. This is required to register for school or childcare.
