| Description | Public Health community immunization clinics offer students immunizations against: Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis, Polio, Meningococcal C-C, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella (chickenpox) in addition to immunizations against Hepatitis B, Human Papillomavirus (HPV) and Meningococcal ACYW-135 To update or view a child's immunization information online go to: Immunization Connect Ontario (ICON) Student catch-up immunizations clinics will be offered to all eligible students and are available by appointment only. Clinics are limited to students in JK through Grade 12 with exceptions for graduated students |
