Description | Public Health community immunization clinics offer students immunizations against: Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis, Polio, Meningococcal C-C, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella (chickenpox) in addition to immunizations against Hepatitis B, Human Papillomavirus (HPV) and Meningococcal ACYW-135 To update or view a child's immunization information online go to: Immunization Connect Ontario (ICON) Student catch-up immunizations clinics will be offered to all eligible students and are available by appointment only. Clinics are limited to students in JK through Grade 12 with exceptions for graduated students noted in the below eligibility table |
