Taoist Tai Chi®arts help people with many chronic and serious health problems, including Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, stroke and brain injury, asthma, anxiety, depression, as well as the stresses of daily life The International Centre conducts Taoist Retreats that offer participants an opportunity to regain health and cultivate body and mind with the Taoist Tai Chi® arts The local Orangeville branch also uses this facility to hold their weekly beginner and continuing classes The Centre is located on 100 acres on the Niagara Escarpment. It includes large practice halls, temples and accommodation |
