Description Volunteer driven meal delivery service to residents living in the Town of Caledon and Orangeville area  
 
•delivery of hot and frozen meals 
•hot meals prepared fresh daily and can be ordered 1 to 5 times a week on a long-term or temporary basis 
•hot meals are available in minced form  
•special meal options are available for those with dietary needs or restrictions  
•frozen meals are available to Caledon community only  
•daily meal orders or cancellations must be received by 9am

•Friendly visiting and telechat program
Hours Office: Mon-Fri 8:30am-4pm 
Meal Delivery: Mon-Fri 11:30am-1pm

Eligibility Older adults * persons living with a disability or chronic illness * recovering from surgery * caregiver coping with a family illness * persons who have inadequate cooking facilities
Application Self Referral or referral from other agency; hospital discharge or physician
Fees Program ; Service ; Hot Meal - $6.50 
Frozen Meal- $4.25-$6.50
