Description Door-to-door accessible transportation service is available daily for:  
•Caledon older adults (60+) 
•people with disabilities (16+) 
•residents of Caledon age 8 to 59 
Transportation is provided to: •medical appointments  
•weekly grocery shopping  
•day programs  
•support groups 
•social service programs 
•employment training 
•volunteer activities 
•health and wellness programs 
The first step before booking a ride is to register. It’s free to register, just fill out the application form.
Hours Rides: Mon-Sat 6am- 6pm * Sun 6am-2pm 
Office hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm 
Stat Holidays: 6am-2pm * Administration Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm
Areas Served Caledon
Eligibility Adults aged 60 years and older or people 16+ with long or short term disabilities 16+) who live in Caledon * For residents of Caledon age 8 to 59 * between ages 13-59 without disability and can travel independently * between ages 8 to 12 who do not require a car seat, without a disability and can travel with parent/guardian * Must reside in Caledon or be registered in a CCS program * rides who are traveling outside of Caledon via cross boundary transfer stops
Application Applicants may be asked to provide a Physician’s note. Application available on line.
