| Description | Non-emergency transportation to medical appointments and regular activities such as grocery shopping, day programs, support groups, social service programs, employment training, volunteer activities, and health and wellness programs The Program offers: Specialized Transportation for seniors (60+) and adults (16+) with disabilities (accessible) Community Transportation for residents of Caledon (8 years to 59 years) |

| Eligibility | Specialized Transportation: Adults aged 60 years and older or people 16 and older with long or short term disabilities who live in Caledon For residents of Caledon aged 8 to 59: Between ages 13-59 without disability and can travel independently * between ages 8 to 12 who do not require a car seat, without a disability and can travel with parent/guardian Must reside in Caledon or be registered in a CCS program * rides who are traveling outside of Caledon via cross boundary transfer stops |
