| Description | Seniors residence for people who are able to live independently • twelve residents live with the support and security of a live-in house manager • the house manager prepares and serves the daily lunches and dinners • breakfast food is available for each resident’s own preparation • the house manager is also responsible for regular cleaning and maintenance of all common area and acts as a support to the residents • costs are shared equally by the residents |
