Description	Foot care provided by a chiropodist who assess, treat and formulate a treatment plan to help improve foot function Foot care services include: wound care, nails disorders, addressing foot pain, bunion care, foot care, nail care, etc diabetic foot care and foot care education education and assessment on proper footwear, offloading measures and orthotics management
Hours	Thu, 8am-8pm * Fri 8am-4pm

Eligibility	For registered clients of WellFort and Diabetes Education Program
Application	Call to book your intake appointment at 905-677-9599 * complete client assessment in person
Fees	Services may be covered by OHIP for patients of Four Corners and those registered in the Diabetic Education program
