Description & Services
Description | Provides treatment, care and support to individuals living with or at risk of Hepatitis C and HIV across the Region of Peel Services: •HIV and Hepatitis C Testing •HIV and Hepatitis C Treatment •connections with specialists and the broader healthcare system •support services •counselling •support groups •peer support •referrals •health promotion and education •outreach •needle exchange Team consist of nurse practitioner, counsellor, education and outreach worker, client support worker and coordinator Central aim is to help clients overcome barriers to treatment success |
Hours | Flexible hours of operation from 8am-8pm (selected evenings) |

Eligibility | Focus is on adults living with HIV or HepC, but age restrictions are not in place |
Application | Complete a client assessment form in person * call to make an appointment |
Fees | Services may be covered by OHIP * some fees for other programs |
