Eligibility Must be a government funded agency such as: Local Health Integration Network; Long Term Care Homes; Adult Day programs; Homemaking agencies; Supportive Housing; Respite Care programs dealing with dementia and mental health issues
Application Referrals can be made by anyone; within a government funded agency; who has identified a learning need related to the mental health of the elderly; or anyone concerned about an older adult who may have a psychological, behavioural or memory problem
