Description Programs for South Asian men, women, seniors and youth and other communities focused on health education and promotion, mental health, addiction and other related services  
Programs for Mental Health and Addictions: 
•individual counselling 
•group counselling 
•prevention programs 
•stress management programs  
Programs for Violence, Domestic Violence and Anger Management: 
•individual counselling 
•group counselling 
•prevention programs 
•stress management programs 
•PAR (Partner Assault Response) program for domestic violence 
•individual and group counselling programs for clients mandated by the legal system to get treatment for issues such as driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs (DUI), violence, domestic violence, anger management etc.

•social and recreational programs 
•support for seniors 
•educational programs 
•individual and group counselling 
Women's Programs: 
•educational and life skills programs 
•programs for victims of domestic violence 
•support for women experiencing problems due to substance abuse/mental health issues in the family  
Primary Eye Care Program:

•prevention and care of eye diseases 
•seniors eye health program 
•school eye health program 
Programs for Prevention of Diseases: 
•heart diseases 
•mental illnesses and addiction 
•prevention and care of eye diseases

•health and welfare of people with different sexual orientations and preferences 
•programs for prevention, support and counselling for HIV/AIDS and promotion of healthy sexuality

Application Referral: Self-referral from clients, health care professionals, practitioners, physicians, hospitals, the legal system, agencies, organisations, CCAC, discharge planners etc.
