| Description | Counsellors offer counseling to registered clients, to deal with: •mental health conditions •relationship issues •problem with substance use •depression •grief and trauma •other personal issues Registered clients can access counselling on a one on one basis. Peer support available in group settings Client Support and Referral - The Community Educators support clients with: •financial problems •inability to acquire adequate food •need to acquire improve education •housing issues •child custody proceedings/child welfare agency issues •assistance with forms/paperwork •transportation •employment/unemployment problems •difficulties with government disability/support benefits •settlement issues |
