Description | Non-emergency transportation to local medical appointments and regular activities such as group shopping and religious or cultural events rides to be requested minimum 72 hours in advance rides will be confirmed 24 hours before the client is picked up pick up times may vary, and there may be a wait time to assist requests for older adults any cancellation will require the clients to notify the office 24 hours in advance |

Eligibility | Adults 55 years or older or persons with disability. If the client is travelling with a caregiver, there is no extra charge for the trip. If a passenger does not have someone to travel with, CANES can provide a caregiver to the client for Passenger Assistance during their ride |
Application | Call * no referral required * new clients will be assessed on the phone, which takes about 5 minutes |
