| Description | Specialized housing program Housing Hub Services: Rent Café (Subsidized Housing Application) Home Assistance Program (HAP) Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP) Ontario Electricity Support Program (OESP) Toronto Rent Bank: Grants offered to eligible low-income individuals and families to able them to stay in their homes and avoid homelessness Street Outreach Program: Mobile street outreach program provide supports to Street-Homeless clients in Ward 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 EPIC Program ( Eviction Prevention in the Community): Call Central Intake at Housing Help.
