Description Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for frail older adults, adults with disabilities, and adults with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care 
secure area 
physiotherapy * restorative program 
podiatrist 1 time per month (fee for service) 
nutritional counseling 
gardening 
reading and discussion groups 
crafts, woodworking, cooking and baking 
board games, cards games 
music 
spiritual care 
outings in a wheelchair-accessible bus 
special events such as birthday celebrations, picnics, cultural events

medication reminders 
transfers with lifts 
toileting assistance 
bathing program 
Registered Nurse support 
social worker services 
caregiver education sessions 
transportation through TransHelp, Caledon Community Services
Hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm * Sat-Sun 8:30am-4:30pm

Eligibility Adults who need long-term care * care coordinators assess the needs of applicants
