| Description | Adult Day Program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for frail older adults and adults with cognitive disorders in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care • semi-secure area • physiotherapy • occupational therapy • pain management 3xwk • blood pressure clinics • foot care services • gardening • reading and discussion groups • arts and crafts • music • spiritual care • outings in a wheelchair-accessible bus • special events such as birthday celebrations, picnics, cultural events Additional: • medication reminders • transfers with lifts • toileting assistance • incontinence care • bathing program • RN support • dietary assessments - pureed meals available • transportation through TransHelp, Passenger Assistance, Red Cross, Canes Community Care |
