| Description | Adult Day Program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for frail older adults, adults with disabilities, and adults with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care • semi-secure area • physiotherapy • chiropodist 2x/month • music therapy and horticulture therapy • podiatry • art therapy Additional: • medication reminders • ADL assistance (toileting, incontinence care, one person transfer) • bathing program • dietary assessment - special diets available • transportation through TransHelp, Canes Community Care, WheelTrans, Compassion Transportation |
