Description & Services
Description Provides social, recreational, and therapeutic activities to older adults with physical and cognitive impairment such as Alzheimer's disease, Dementia, Parkinson, Stroke victims and frail elderly  
Program include:•Extensive exercises 
•Mental and social activities  
•Music therapy  
•Horticultural therapy  
•Foot care services (additional $10) 
•Healthy breakfast and vegetarian South Asian lunch provided, special diet available  
Additional Services:•Medication Reminder 
•Education and support service for responsive behavior(BSO) 
•Toileting/diaper assist 
•Feeding assist 
Program geared to South Asian community and offered in English, Hindi, Punjabi and Tamil 
Transportation assistance - help in accessing service from TransHelp, Red Cross, Seniors Rides Connect, Caledon Community Services and Passenger Assistance Program Program
Hours Program hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5:30pm
