Description Meals on Wheels supplies hot and frozen meals for a small fee to Etobicoke residents to help them live independently 
Each hot meal consists of soup, an entree and a dessert. Special diets and needs can be accommodated with meals that are low fat, low cholesterol, minced, pureed, suitable for diabetics or culturally appropriate  
Hot meals are available Monday through Friday and are delivered at lunchtime. Frozen meals, for weekend and evening use, can be purchased in packages of five from the menu and ordered for delivery on Wednesdays
Hours Administration: Mon-Fri 8am-4.25pm 
Meal Delivery: Hot Meals Mon-Fri 11:30am-1:30 pm * Frozen meals Wed 9am-1:30 pm

Older adults living alone * Chronically ill * Disabled people * Patients recovering from illness * People unable to cook for themselves
