Description	Day program and walk-in program * social, recreational and therapeutic activities for people with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias / cognitive disabilities, in a group setting for part of the day * support for caregivers families who provide daily care * secure environment social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for older adults with Alzheimer's disease or other irreversible dementia/cognitive impairments in a group setting help to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care secure environment and wheelchair accessible wandering paths chiropody service once per month music therapy ADL Assistance (toileting, incontinence care, feeding, one or two person transfers)
