Description & Services
| Description | At Hope Place Centres, our approach is grounded in trauma-informed principles, the 12-Step model, and a commitment to evidence-based care. We offer programming that is holistic, inclusive, and person-centered. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques and psychoeducation, we equip individuals with practical tools to support their emotional, mental, spiritual and physical well-being. We offer a 39-day residential program that provides structure and support throughout the recovery journey. Highlights of the program include: - A personalized treatment plan, developed collaboratively with a dedicated addiction counsellor - Group-based addiction programming - Weekly one-on-one counselling sessions - Relapse prevention strategies and tools for long-term recovery - Recreational activities that foster connection, balance, and personal growth - Optional spiritual self-care, tailored to individual values and preferences - Transitional planning from day one to prepare for life after treatment - Ongoing peer support program connections - Daily access to primary care, as needed We strive to create a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore healing and growth at a pace that respects their readiness and needs. |
