Description | Access to Employment Project * provides individuals with a diagnosed disability, living in the City of Mississauga, with the opportunity to gain valuable job related skills * provides career/employment planning and individualized employment action plans * secures paid work placements * assesses and approves employment accommodation to meet participant needs * monitors and supports each client throughout his or her activities * provides tools, skills, and knowledge pertaining to job maintenance |

Eligibility | Ages: 16 year(s) and up Project participants must be a seeking employment and at least 16 years of age * have a diagnosed disability that presents a barrier to competitive employment * be able to prepare for, accept, and maintain employment * be a resident of the City of Mississauga * be legally entitled to work in Canada * be able to meet all Ontario Disabilities Support Program Employment Support eligibility requirements |
