| Description | Hope + Me offers programs and services of support for people struggling with mood disorders and their families. All our programs are evidence-based and meet the highest standards to ensure effectiveness. Peer Support Groups: Regular peer support groups are held virtually and in-person: https://app.acuityscheduling.com/schedule.php?owner=19361959&appointmentType=category:Peer%20Support%20Groups Recovery Programs: We offer a number of educational programs and groups. These groups require pre registration; check the website for details. https://hopeandme.as.me/schedule.php Individual support: We offer short-term structured one-on-one peer support and counseling for individual and families with mental health challenges. Individuals can access up to 8 sessions.
