Description | Overeaters Anonymous (OA) is a twelve step program for individuals who are recovering from compulsive overeating. The concept of abstinence is the basis of OA's program of recovery. OA offers the newcomer support in dealing with both the physical and emotional symptoms of compulsive overeating. The only requirement for OA membership is a desire stop eating compulsively. |
