| Description | Drenkelly is a privately-owned, 7-bed capacity, residential care facility licensed by the Ontario Ministry of Health. Provides short or long-term care to residents with chronic mental illness, and psychiatric patients. Participation in recreational, social and spiritual programs is encouraged but not mandatory. Community Support Workers (CSW) facilitate available services and co-ordinate the residents medical, dental and personal needs. Activities are planned and implemented which develop and maintain skills in Personal Grooming and Care, Budgeting, Social Relationships and Work Activity. The wait is a couple months. |
