| Description | Epic Health and Movement is a multidisciplinary health clinic in Brampton dedicated to helping individuals move better, feel better, and live healthier. The clinic offers chiropractic care, physiotherapy, massage therapy, kinesiology, concussion rehabilitation, paediatric and perinatal care, acupuncture and comprehensive biomechanical assessments. The clinic also offers the GLA:D program (Good Life with Osteoarthritis in Denmark), an evidence based program for individuals with hip and knee osteoarthritis, designed to reduce pain and improve strength and mobility through education and supervised exercise. |
