Description & Services
| Description | CarePoint Health is a coordinated network of health professionals, partners, and doctors who take an innovative and collaborative approach to care. We provide team-based primary care for patients of local affiliated physicians and community-based programs available to the public including cancer screening, vaccines, health education and mental health support through the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy Program. We also have a service to connect people without a family doctor to a physician in Mississauga. |

| Eligibility | An Ontario Health card is required for all services except the Ontario Structure Psychotherapy Program. |
