* A coordinated intake process to identify needs of children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families * Family Support Workers to assist with program navigation and support, including direct funding options
Hours Mon - Thu: 8am - 7pm 
Fri & Sat: 8am - 6pm
Areas Served Dufferin County ; Halton Region ; Peel Region ; Waterloo Region ; Wellington County
Eligibility Ages: 19 year(s) and under 
 
Children with disabilities 
Ontario Autism Program -- children and youth 18 years and under with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder from a qualified professional * written diagnosis including assessment information and documentation pertaining to the diagnosis required
Application Health professionals, families and clients can contact Intake Services, which coordinates all referrals * referral form available on website
Fees Service - Nominal fee for access to some summer programs only, based on ability to pay. ; Main services No fee; Most services covered by Government of Ontario. Some fees may apply for special programs and materials.
