Description Community Alliance for Support and Empowerment is a non-profit organization located in Brampton. The purpose is to partner with individuals and groups in building socially-stable and acculturated communities where everyone is inclusive. CASE seeks and targets innovative services to priority populations - seniors, youth, low-income families and newcomers with complexities of needs to thrive and achieve fulfilled life in their community. The purpose of the Connect Program is to provide services that promotes and support social participation and inclusion through development of enriching programs where seniors, youths and families participate actively, learn new skills, practice, and volunteer and mentor others. 
CASE offers educational, social, recreational and brief supportive counselling and referrals for participants on site. Activities offered include: 
*Socialization/networking for diversities of older adults including Coffee and Chat 
*Recreational Activities as Creative arts and crafts, Games, Karaoke, Movie Times 
*Reading for excellence 
*Interactive workshops on topics of interest to seniors  
*Social Events include seasonal pot luck, Birthdays, life milestones, holiday events 
*Healthy Life Management Skills/Activities such as Take a Walk, Granny‚Äôs Recipes,  
*Basic Information Technology skills/literacy for seniors 
*Inter-generational activities and mentoring programs
Hours Indoors activities are provided on *Mon, Thurs & Fri 4pm-7:30pm, Tue 9:00am-12:00pm, *Wed 2pm-4pm. 
They also provide referral services workshops, seasonal events and activities are based on schedule (flyers and website); Supportive Counseling for participants is on appointment.

Eligibility Our inter-generational activities include Teens, Older Adults and Seniors
Application Programs and activities are offered on-site for seniors and youth at locations such as social housing, non-profit housing, subsidized housing building complexes that partners with them, to reduce the effects of challenges of caprices of weather conditions, physical, psycho-social, health issues,transportation, and safety faced by this population and to encourage active participation, CASE takes programs and activities to the seniors.
